Risk Disclosure

Last updated: 21 October 2026 · Operated by Noventra LLC
Please read this before you place an order. Crypto is a high-risk asset.

1. Prices are volatile

The price of Bitcoin, Ethereum and other cryptocurrencies can rise or fall sharply within minutes. You could lose some or all of the value of what you buy. Stablecoins such as USDT aim to track the US dollar but can lose their peg, and their value depends on the issuer.

2. Transactions are irreversible

Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. If crypto is sent to a wrong address or network, it is usually lost permanently. Always double-check the wallet address and network before placing an order.

3. You control your wallet

We send crypto to a wallet you control. If you lose your private key or seed phrase, or someone else gets access to it, your crypto can be lost or stolen. We cannot recover it. Never share your seed phrase with anyone, including us.

4. Regulation may change

Cryptocurrency is not legal tender in India and is not regulated by the Reserve Bank of India or SEBI as an investment product. There is no investor protection scheme or deposit insurance for crypto. Laws and tax rules may change and could affect the value of your holdings or your ability to trade.

5. Tax

In India, gains from virtual digital assets are taxed at a flat 30% plus cess, losses cannot be set off against other income, and 1% TDS may apply on transfers under Section 194S. You are responsible for reporting and paying tax on your trades. Consult a chartered accountant.

6. Scams

Crypto is often used in scams, such as fake investment schemes, “task” jobs, romance scams and impersonation. If someone you don't know well is asking you to buy crypto and send it to them, stop and contact us first. We may refuse orders that appear linked to a scam.

7. No advice

Nothing on this Website is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Only buy crypto with money you can afford to lose, and make your own decisions.
