1. Who we are
buybitcoinwithcash.org is operated by Noventra LLC (“we”, “us”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our Website or Service, why we collect it, and your rights. We act as the Data Fiduciary for your personal data under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”).
2. What we collect
- Contact details: name, phone/WhatsApp number, email address.
- Order details: coin, amount, payment method, wallet address, transaction hashes, order history.
- Payment information: payment receipts and screenshots, the name and bank or UPI details of the paying or receiving account, and payment reference numbers. We do not collect card numbers, banking passwords or OTPs.
- Identity documents (KYC): when required, PAN, Aadhaar (masked where possible) or other government ID, and a photo or selfie.
- Messages: your communications with us on WhatsApp or email.
- Technical data: basic data your browser sends when loading the Website, such as IP address and device type.
3. Why we use it
- To process your orders, verify payments and deliver crypto or INR.
- To verify your identity and meet our obligations under anti-money-laundering law, including the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002.
- To prevent fraud and protect you, us and other customers.
- To answer your questions and resolve complaints.
- To keep records required by law and for tax purposes.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Consent and legal basis
We process your personal data with your consent, which you give when you place an order or contact us, and where processing is required to comply with law. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us, but we may still need to keep certain records as required by law, and we may be unable to process further orders.
5. Who we share it with
- Banks and payment providers involved in your transaction.
- Service providers who help us run the Service, such as WhatsApp (Meta), email and cloud storage providers, and website hosting.
- Government and law enforcement, including FIU-IND, tax authorities, courts or police, when required by law or a valid order.
Some of these providers may store data outside India. Where we transfer data abroad, we do so as permitted under the DPDP Act.
6. Third-party services on the Website
The Website loads fonts from Google Fonts and live crypto prices from CoinGecko. When the page loads, your browser connects to these services, which may receive your IP address. Links to WhatsApp open WhatsApp, which is governed by Meta's privacy policy. The Website itself does not set tracking or advertising cookies.
7. How long we keep it
We keep KYC documents and transaction records for at least 5 years after the transaction or the end of our relationship with you, as required by anti-money-laundering law. Other data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above, and then deleted or anonymised.
8. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your data, including restricted access and secure storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a data breach affects you, we will notify you and the authorities as required by law.
9. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act, you can ask us to:
- give you a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- correct or update inaccurate data;
- erase your data, unless we are legally required to keep it;
- nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity.

10. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
